On-line Leak Sealing is a service to seal the leakage without stop the plant operation even the pipe or flange, which leaks, can still be used or operate during the sealing process. using the service, we do not have to stop the plant operation just seal the leakage.

Many piping systems or pipelines lack valves or flanges which enable blocking off fluid flow in the line to isolate particular section of the pipe when maintenance or construction work in the existing area cannot be isolated.
A Welding Habitat is a piece of work equipment in the form of a tent designed to provide a safe working environment in
areas where hot work is carried out. This equipment is often used for hot work such as welding, grinding, cutting, drilling, firing or firing, electrical and other installations.
GENERAL PRE-COMMISSIONING AND PIPELINE
Flushing, Blowing and Pigging are methods for cleaning pipes (Piping system & pipeline system) from dirt after installation during the construction phase.
The purpose of a gauging method is to know deflection inside the pipeline such as ovality and dents. The gauging plate is usually fit-ted to bi-directional (BI-DI) pig; this allows reverse flow in case of obstacle. The size of gauging plate is 97% of nominal inside diameter.
Hydrostatic testing is a means of verifying that the structual integrity of a piping/pipeline system and its associated components have the strength required to meet design operating conditions.
That remains from the pipeline after dewatering. This swabbing process uses a Bare Swabbing type Pig material with a level of hardness: Low (low: 2 Lbs / inch2) Medium (medium: 5 Lbs/ Inch2) or a combination of both
A leak test for the system containing gases is conducted before start-up as a final confirmation that the system is leak tight and ready for service. A leak test will be done by using nitrogen or helium gas close to the operating pressure of the related system to ensure the integrity of the system.
Mechanical Electrical Services
Motor Solo Run is testing an induction motor in a no-load condition. The objective of the motor solo run activity is to verify that all motors assembled on the field are performed properly before the mechanical running test. This testing will be carried out without any attachment to its rotor shaft to enable early detection of motor problems and be intended to minimize problems during
the commissioning phase and normal operation.
The purpose of the mechanical run test is to check the mechanical performance of the pumps (such as vibration, noise, and heat generation) including drivers and pump auxiliaries while monitoring the operating parameters such as driver absorption (in ampere) and flow characteristics on the system and to confirm that pumps can be operated as per design both from local
and control room if possible, if not possible then the operation from the control room will be carried out during commissioning phase.
